Chicken Shawarma
Description
This chicken shawarma is made with tender chicken thighs marinated in a flavorful spiced yogurt
mixture. The marinade helps infuse the chicken with rich, aromatic spices and keeps it
juicy and delicious when cooked. Once cooked, the chicken is sliced and served in warm pita bread with fresh tomato, sliced onion,
and a creamy homemade tahini sauce. It's a popular Middle Eastern-style sandwich that's full of
bold flavor and perfect for a satisfying meal.
